• Because we use special adhesive sheets during production, some adhesive residue may remain upon delivery. We remove as much as possible before shipping, but if any remains, please wash with warm water or gently use an eraser to remove it.
• There may be slight individual differences in size and color of the product upon arrival.
  
• During the firing process at the factory, air bubbles may enter and burst from the heat, creating small indentations (like marks made by a toothpick). These marks do not cause any problems with usage.
• Black dots or fibrous burn marks may appear on the printed surface, but this is acceptable as per product specifications. Thank you for your understanding.
• Due to the nature of the printing, uneven ink thickness may occur on large solid areas. Also, small pinholes like needle pricks may occur.
• Gaps may occur at the top and bottom during design transfer. This occurs due to the manufacturing process and is acceptable as per product specifications.
  
• While it can be used in a dishwasher, we recommend washing by hand in cold water to make it last longer.
• If washed with a metal scrubber or coarse sponge, the print may peel off along with the coated surface (frosted/colored spray). Please be careful not to scrub with anything sharp.
  
• The color on the dyed part at the bottom of the frosted mug may appear as splatters across the entire body due to the manufacturing process. Please note that this is a product specification.
• Frosted mugs are products where traces of the transfer template may be prominent. The matte finish near the drinking rim or handle may peel off, but this is acceptable as per product specifications.
