Exchange/return information

If you receive a defective product or if you receive a product that is different from what you ordered.
If there is a defect in the delivered product or if you receive a product that is different from what you ordered. We will either return the product or exchange it for the same product as the case may be.
(Please note that we will not be able to accept returns for defective items if we do not receive notification within 3 days of receiving the item.)

The color may differ slightly from the product image. This is not a defect, so we cannot accept exchanges or refunds. Please note.

If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will proceed with the refund process.

▶︎If you would like to exchange or return an item, please let us know which option you would like and attach a photo of the defective part.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
・Returns/exchanges due to customer's convenience (purchased by mistake, etc.)
・Products that have been delivered for more than 3 days (For regular mail, see the Japan Post website (https://www.post.japanpost.jp/smt-deli/) ) + 3 days later will be the delivery date of the product.)
・Products with odors, dirt, or scratches at the customer's disposal

We do not accept any changes, additions, or cancellations to the product after it has been shipped.

Flow and procedure for returns/exchanges

Please follow the steps below to make returns/exchanges. Please note that we may not be able to respond to returns or exchanges that do not follow these steps.

1: Please contact us via email with the following information within 3 days of receiving the product.

Telephone number
Product name
Whether you would like an exchange or return and reason
Order number
In the relevant section Photo
You can check the above details from the "Order Confirmation" email.

2: We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

3: Please return the product to us by "cash on delivery".

*Please be sure to return the item using a method that allows you to check the tracking number to avoid losing the item. We would appreciate it if you could help us with the packaging. If there is any damage to the product upon delivery to our company that has not been noted in advance as a reason for return, we will not be able to provide an exchange, return, or refund. Thank you for your understanding.

4: Once we confirm that the returned product has arrived, we will either exchange the product or process the return.
