Notice of Year-End and New Year Holiday Schedule

Thank you very much for your continued support. We would like to inform you of our holiday schedule for the upcoming New Year period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your kind understanding.

1. Shipping Suspension Period

December 25th, 2025 – January 6th, 2026

• Applicable Shipping Methods: UPS, EMS, International e-Packet Light, and SGJ.
• Order Fulfillment: Orders placed on or after December 25th, 2025, will be processed and shipped sequentially starting from January 7th, 2026.

2. Customer Support Holiday

December 28th, 2025 – January 5th, 2026

• Please note that our customer support services (inquiries and email responses) will be suspended during this period. We will respond to all inquiries received during the holiday starting from January 6th, 2026.

Please Note:

• Shipping Delays: Due to a high volume of shipments, delays are expected until around January 10th.
• Time Zone: All dates and times are in Japan Standard Time (JST).
• Operating Hours: Our business hours remain unchanged during the operating days.
• Information regarding the suspension of other shipping methods will be provided separately.
