How to download digital content

After payment, you will receive an email with a download link.

The email will be sent from info.simplesidemascots@gmail.com with the subject: [Cymas] Download link delivered.

If the payment is confirmed by a method such as credit card payment, you can download the content from the payment completion screen or from the download link sent immediately after.

For convenience store payments, bank transfers, and Pay-easy payments, an email will be sent after the payment is completed.

 

For images

How to download
*Items may differ slightly depending on the device and version.
For iPhone
  1. Tap the download link in the email or order completion page
  2. Tap "Download now" on the Cymas shop page
  3. Press and hold the displayed content (for images)
  4. Save to “Photos” (Safari), Save to Photos (Chrome)

 

For Android:
  1. Tap the download link in the email or order completion page
  2. Tap "Download now" on the Cymas shop page
  3. Download is complete. (Chrome) *Details will be notified in the notification area
  4. Photos (Google Photos) → Library → Photos in the device

 

For audio

How to download

For iPhone
  1. Tap the download link in the email or order completion page
  2. Tap "Download now" on the Cymas shop page
  3. "Share" (center of bottom menu bar) (for audio, etc.)
  4. Save to “File” (Safari) (for audio, etc.)

For Android:
  1. Tap the download link in the email or order completion page
  2. Tap "Download now" on the Cymas shop page
  3. The download is complete. (Chrome) *Details will be notified in the notification area
  4. "Share" (first or second icon from the top right of the screen) → Save to any app (for audio, etc.)

If you do not receive the email

  • Please check your spam folder
    • Depending on your settings, carrier emails such as
  • @docomo.ne.jp may be rejected. We recommend gmail etc. Please contact us using the inquiry form.
