Notice of Temporary Closure of Distribution Warehouse and Customer Service

Thank you for your continued support. We would like to inform you about the temporary closure of our warehouse as follows:

Closure Period: September 5th - September 8th

During this period, we will not be able to ship products or respond to inquiries.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

【Regarding Orders and Deliveries During and Around the Closure Period】
・Orders can be accepted 24 hours a day, as usual, even during the closure.

・Product shipments will be handled as follows:

◆If orders place on or after September 4th, they will be shipped sequentially starting from September 10th.

【Regarding Inquiries Received During the Closure Period】
We will be able to accept inquiries during the closure period, but replies will be handled sequentially starting from September 9th.
