Currently, Japan Post is experiencing significant delays with mail destined for the Middle East and surrounding or transit countries due to geopolitical instability in the region. In some cases, deliveries are deemed impossible, and shipments are being returned to the sender.

Please be aware of the following regions and shipping methods affected by this situation when placing an order.

For customers in these regions, if you want to purchase some items, please select "UPS" or "SGJ" as your shipping method. Please note that if your delivery address is in an area that is NOT supported by UPS or SGJ, these options will not be selectable on the checkout page. In such cases, we regret to inform you that we are unable to ship to your location and cannot accept your order.

Furthermore, please be advised that if an order placed using an affected shipping method to an affected region is returned to our shop, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund of the product price and shipping fees.
