Shipping charges will be determined during the payment process.

Time from order to delivery (approximate)

Shipment within 5 days from the date of order.

Order date = date of payment confirmation. It is not the date of order.

The convenience store payment is valid for 5 days. If the payment is not made by the expiration date, the order will be automatically cancelled. Convenience Store Payments

Payment can be made at the following convenience stores. The product will be shipped after payment is confirmed. Please select the link of the convenience store you plan to use to confirm the detailed payment method.

<Procedure of use
After confirming your order, select the convenience store where you wish to pay.

Exchange and Return Guide

If you receive a defective product or an item that is different from what you ordered
If you receive a defective product or an item that is different from what you ordered, we will return it or exchange it for the same product, as the case may be.
(Even for defective products, we will not accept returns if you do not contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.)

The color of the product may differ slightly from the product image. This is not a defect, and we will not accept exchanges or refunds. Please understand this beforehand.

If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will proceed with the refund process.

▶︎If you would like to exchange or return an item, please specify which action you would like to take, attach a photo of the defective part, and send us an e-mail.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases
Returns or exchanges due to the customer's own reason (e.g. purchased by mistake, etc.) ・
Merchandise that has been in transit for more than 3 days (for standard mail, the date of arrival is the number of days indicated on the Japan Post website (https://www.post.japanpost.jp/smt-deli/) + 3 days after arrival)

(2) Merchandise that has been stained, soiled, or scratched, or that has been exposed to smells by the customer

We do not accept any changes, additions, or cancellations of products after shipment.

Flow and procedure for returns and exchanges

Follow the steps below to return or exchange an item. Please note that we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges that do not follow these steps.

1: Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product by e-mail with the following information.

  • Your name
  • Your address
  • Phone number
  • Product name
  • Whether you would like an exchange or a return and why
  • Order number
  • A photo of the affected area

The above information can be confirmed from the "Order Confirmation" e-mail.

2: We will provide you with information on the return procedure.

3: Please send the item(s) back to our company by "Pay-on-Delivery".

Please be sure to send the item back by a method that allows us to confirm the tracking number so that the item will not be lost during the return process. We would appreciate your cooperation in packing the items. We will not be able to exchange, return, or refund any damaged items that have not been previously indicated as the reason for return when they arrive at our company. Please understand this beforehand.

4: As soon as we confirm the arrival of the returned merchandise, we will either replace the merchandise or handle it as a return.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders can be cancelled up to the point of payment.

Please contact us with your order number, name, and phone number by any of the following methods

  • By using the Contact Us form.
  • Replying to the order confirmation e-mail
  • From the e-mail address for inquiries

*In case of credit card payment, cancellation is possible until before shipment.

*Customers using AmazonPay should also contact us by the above methods.

Please note that there is a time delay between the actual shipment and the dispatch notification e-mail. In some cases, your order may have been shipped even before you receive the shipment notification e-mail. In this case, please note that cancellations will not be accepted.

Long-Term Absence or Incomplete Address

If the customer is absent, the delivery company will notify the customer with a notice of absence. Please request re-delivery by yourself from the notice.

Please check the address at the time of purchase, as we often find that the address is not filled in.

If you do not receive the package and it is returned to us by the shipping company (due to expiration of storage period, incomplete address, etc.), you will be charged for the return shipping and re-shipment. In this case, the actual cost of return and reshipment will be charged. Please note that we may change the postal code if it does not match the address you entered.
