1、Confirm the "Payment Procedure Guide" e-mail

Confirm the "Customer Number" and "Confirmation Number" in the "Payment to SIMPLESIDEMASCOTS" e-mail sent by KOMOJU (the settlement agent).
Please make your payment at a FamilyMart store by the "Payment Due Date" indicated in the same e-mail.

You cannot make payment before receiving the "Payment Procedure Information" e-mail, so please wait until you receive the e-mail.
*The "Payment to SIMPLESIDEMASCOTS " e-mail will be sent from "no-reply@komoju.com".

2, Start the payment procedure

Please have your "Customer Number" and "Confirmation Number" ready before using the Famiport terminal.
Select "Cash on Delivery (Payment at Convenience Stores)" on the left side of the Famiport top screen.

3. Enter the number.

Select "Enter your number.

4. Enter your customer number.
Enter your "Customer Number" and click the "OK" button.

5. Enter the Confirmation Number
Enter your customer number and click the "OK" button.

6. Confirm precautions
Please confirm the precautions.

7、Confirm the payment details
After confirming the payment details, please click the "Confirm" button if you are satisfied with the payment.

8、Issuance of application ticket
A "Famiport application ticket" will be issued from Famiport.

8. Pay at the cashier
Please bring the "Famiport application ticket" to the cashier and pay for your order before the payment expiration date.
After paying at the cashier, please receive a receipt. The receipt is a sample.
