Payment procedure
Check the "customer number" and "confirmation number" in the "Payment to SIMPLESIDEMASCOTS" email sent from KOMOJU (settlement agency).
Please pay at a FamilyMart store by the "payment deadline" written in the email.
*You cannot pay until you have received the "Payment Procedure Information" email, so please wait until you receive the email.
* "Payment to SIMPLESIDEMASCOTS" will be sent from "no-reply@komoju.com".

Please have your "customer number" and "confirmation number" ready before using the Fami port terminal.
Select "Payment (pay at a convenience store)" on the left side of the Famiport top screen.
Select "Enter the number".
4、Enter your "customer number"
Enter your "customer number" and press the "OK" button.
5, Enter the "Confirmation Number"
Enter the "Customer Number" and press the "OK" button.
6, Confirm the notes
Please check the notes.
7、Confirm payment details
After confirming payment details, please press the "Confirm" button.
8、Issue the application ticket
Famiport will issue a "Famiport application ticket".
8、Pay at the cash register
Please bring your "Famiport application ticket" and pay at the cash register before the payment expiration date.
*After paying at the cash register, please receive a statement of handling and a receipt. The copy is a sample.
